On 18th October, Mr Mark Goldstein of DCM Insolvency Service Ltd was appointed Administrator of the Company under paragraph 22 of Sch.B1 to the Insolvency Act.
Regrettably, due to the Company’s insolvency the Company cannot fulfil any outstanding orders, or make a refund to those customers who are not covered by their credit card indemnity scheme.
Mr Goldstein is currently undertaking an appraisal of the business and will soon circulate creditors with a brief report of the position.
